Who are we?

EDGE LNG is a company incorporated and registered. EDGE LNG is the controller of personal data relating to individuals within its client firms and prospective client firms for the purposes of providing products and services, relationship management, marketing and business development.

The Right to be advised of appropriate safeguards for the transfer of personal data to a third country Where personal data are transferred to a third country (outside of the EU) or to an international organisation, you shall have the right to be informed of the appropriate safeguards relating to the transfer. We will advise you of this prior to any such processing taking place.

 

Who we share your data with

We may share information outside of the EU (i.e. with our offices in Argentina). Where appropriate, we will get further consent for the transfer of such data from you. When sharing information with third countries we ensure adequate protection for the transfer of personal data via encryption and 2-factor authentication.

Retention period

We will only keep your personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was gained.
